Class Schedule

Introductory Level One classes are at:

6 p.m. Tuesday
7 p.m. Thursday
11 a.m. Saturday

All new students must attend at least one Level One class. No exceptions.

  • LEVEL ONE

    Our introductory class is for those who are new to HIPE and those who are new to working out. You can expect lots of personal attention as you learn the names of our most common excercises and how to do them correctly for maximum results. Think you know how do a proper push-up? Come find out!

  • LEVEL TWO

    This moderately paced class is intended for those who are starting to get into shape through regular exercise.

  • LEVEL THREE

    This fast-paced class includes even more of what you love: tough exercises that get RESULTS.

  • What to Wear & What to Bring

    You will sweat! Wear appropriate exercise clothes and a good pair of workout shoes. Please choose attire that is modest!

    A water bottle is recommended. We have a water fountain in the lobby as well as bottled water available if you forget. Some students like to bring a towel to wipe off. By your third or fourth class you should have your own pair of boxing gloves. We can get you set up with a suitable pair. No fingerless "MMA" style lightweight or open-hand karate gloves allowed. You can rent our gloves for $1 per class.
